Course DescriptionYou must be at least 18 years old at the time the course starts. The standardized child passenger safety technician (CPST) certification course is usually 3-4 days long and combines classroom instruction, hands-on work with car seats and vehicles, and a community safety seat checkup. Attendance is required for the entire course.

Course NotesThis course will be conducted over three full days (March 14, 15, and 16 from 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour for lunch), the first half of March 17 (8 AM - 12 PM), and concluding with a seat check event on March 18 (8 AM - 12 PM). The regular course will take place in Manassas; the seat check event on 3/18 will be located in Dumfries, VA.
